Miguel Enamorado

Dream & act big, this is how we should do every day. To succeed in the fashion industry it's necessary to put all your energy on the goals you want to achieve.
Previously I had told you about my fascination with Carlos Campos (Honduran designer), now let me introduce you to Miguel Enamorado who is nothing more and nothing less than: Interview Magazine Fashion Director. Yes, you read it right, Interview Magazine.
I never imagined that within a magazine with which I identify more for its unique editorial and graphic design would be a Honduran. And that's because in Honduras expressing yourself through fashion is still taboo and really those who have dared to develop their fashionistas skills are those who have succeeded.

When his mother worked as a hobby making clothes, Miguel admired how all the elements took shape and that's how he knew his life would have to be related to fashion.

New York Fashion Week Part 3

Jill Stuart

Jill Stuart showed her collection, at the Lincoln Center, with simple pastels dresses, pants & tops inspired by bird songs. I love the contrast between pastels & metallic shoes & how were managed the final looks (hair and makeup) of the models, very natural & carefree, perfect for spring.

Carlos Campos

The Honduran designer, presented his spring/summer 2012 collection at the Milk Studios. I was very pleased about the comments on twitter, blogs & tumblr were people told how Carlos is the  perfect men designer who's not afraid to use colors.

Without doubt he's making his name at New York by how talented he is.
His proposal for spring/summer is based on blue shades & blue accents

AND THE SHOES! Love them!!

Christian Siriano

Who doesn't remember this Project Runway winner? The collection showed on Saturday at Eyebeam was dramatic & spectacular. Colors like lime, orange & lemon took the runway with 38 looks in company of dresses, skirts & pants. Who thought jersey t-shirts couldn't look so chic? Let me remind you he's only 25 years old. His career is growing each day as his creativity & talent.

These were my favorite looks from the runway:
